Ich setze mein Wissen ein, um dich zu unterstützen. Besonders wichtig ist mir, dass du dich nicht alleine fühlst und rechtzeitig die Hilfe erhältst, die du benötigst um eine erfolgreiche Stillbeziehung zu deinem Baby aufzubauen.
Es ist mein Anliegen, dich individuell zu betreuen, um Ursachen und einen gemeinsamen Lösungsweg für dein Stillproblem zu finden und das Vertrauen in dich und deinen Körper zu stärken

Breastfeeding Support
I use my knowledge to support you. It is especially important to me that you don’t feel alone and that you receive the help you need in time to build a successful breastfeeding relationship with your baby.
My goal is to provide you with personalized care, to identify the causes of your breastfeeding challenges, and to find a solution together. I want to help you strengthen your confidence in yourself and in your body.

Stillvorbereitungskurs
In meinem Stillvorbereitungskurs auf deutsch und englisch unterstütze ich dich dabei, dich optimal auf das Stillen vorzubereiten. Wir sprechen unter anderem über:
- die Milchbildung,
- Kolostrum,
- Haut zu Haut Kontakt,
- die richtige Anlegetechnik,
- die Stillzeichen uvm.
Wir stärken das Vertrauen in dich selbst und deine eigenen Fähigkeiten.
Mein Ziel ist es, dich zu ermutigen und das Wissen zu vermitteln, das du für einen entspannten und erfolgreichen Start in die Stillzeit benötigst.
Der Stillvorbereitungskurs findet in der Praxis von Frau Dr. med. Michaela Dostal -Machnower Straße 21, 14165 Berlin statt.
My Services –
Breastfeeding Preparation Course
In my breastfeeding preparation course, offered in both German and English, I support you in preparing optimally for breastfeeding. Among other topics, we discuss:
- how milk production works,
- colostrum,
- skin-to-skin contact,
- proper latching techniques,
- hunger cues, and much more.
We focus on strengthening your confidence in yourself and your abilities.
My goal is to encourage you and provide you with the knowledge you need for a calm and successful start to your breastfeeding journey.
The course takes place at the practice of Dr. Michaela Dostal – Machnower Straße 21, 14165 Berlin.
